A special evening of remembrance as the community comes together to honour loved ones.
From 3pm, enjoy homemade refreshments and meet the hospice team, before the main event begins at 4pm.
The evening will feature performances from the Coastal Community Choir, candlelit reflections, and a moving Wave of Light ceremony.
