107 Endeavour FM (“Endeavour FM”) Competition Terms and Conditions

How to Enter:

You can enter competitions by texting 80011, starting your message with Boston. Please ensure you have the bill payer's permission before entering. You can also enter by using WhatsApp – send your answers to 07457 402897. Alternatively, you can email your answers to studio@endeavourfm.co.uk with ‘Competition’ in the subject line. Please be aware that entries sent to other Endeavour FM email addresses will not be included in the draw.

Your entry must include your name, address and contact details, regardless of the method used to enter the competition.

Entrants must be residents within the 107 Endeavour FM Ofcom-licensed FM broadcast coverage area, which is primarily intended to serve Boston Borough and immediately adjacent communities.

Some competitions may have a minimum age restriction due to the nature of the prize. For example, where alcohol is included, Endeavour FM will apply the UK Government’s Challenge 25 policy and may request valid photo identification if you appear to be under 25 years of age.

Only one entry per person will be included in the draw.

No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

Choosing the Winner

The winner of the competition is selected at random using a random number generator tool. Entries will only be accepted up until the advertised closing date and time.

If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time, or is found to be ineligible, Endeavour FM reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prizes

Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with an alternative prize of equal value if necessary. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

General

The promoter of competitions is Endeavour Radio Ltd, trading as 107 Endeavour FM.

Volunteers of Endeavour Radio Ltd, and their immediate family members or members of their household, are not eligible to enter the competition.

Endeavour FM reserves the right to exclude or remove entries from any person who may have received prior knowledge, information or guidance about the competition which could reasonably be considered to give them an unfair advantage, or where the integrity or fairness of the competition may be compromised.

By entering the competition, entrants agree that their name and/or residential area (street, village or town) may be announced on air if they are selected as a winner.

Personal data supplied as part of this competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting winners, and will be handled in accordance with Endeavour FM’s data protection policies. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil a prize.

Endeavour FM reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition at any time where reasonably necessary, including in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
