Enjoy a gentle stroll at Frampton Marsh to observe the birds during the wader migration. Thousands of wading birds travel along the East Coast Flyway from their northern breeding grounds to their southern wintering grounds. The Wash is a vital stopping point for them, allowing them to rest and refuel. During high tides, the birds are pushed onto the reserve, where you can also see hares swimming to escape the flooded saltmarsh and seals coming close to the seabank. Our wildlife guides will help you identify the birds, and we’ll end with a complimentary breakfast in the cafe.
