Boston Running Festival (Boston Marathon)

This is a big community effort and volunteers for water stations or Junction Marshalls would be appreciated. Volunteer with friends or family or even as a business community volunteer day. If interested, contact Catherine on communitybostonmarathonuk@gmail.com

Asda Easter Egg Appeal

Asda Boston’s Easter egg appeal supports Haven Domestic Abuse Service. Shoppers visiting the store can buy an extra Easter egg and place it in the collection trolley behind the checkouts until Wednesday 1 April. Donations help families and children rebuilding their lives after domestic abuse.

Frampton Singing Group

The group is held in the church meeting room. A friendly group all abilities all types of music. Your 1st visit is free, then £3 after to pay for supplies. All welcome for fun and friendship.





The Butterfly Hospice Coffee Morning

Where: Local Community Centre, Mitre Lane, Boston, PE21 6EB

Held on the first Friday of every month, get together over tea/coffee and homemade cakes. The morning offers conversation,friendship and support.

Spring craft fair at St Mary’s Frampton
When: Saturday 7th March 10:00am - 3:00pm
Where: St Mary’s church Frampton .

A variety of local craft and produce stalls. Refreshments will be provided by Frampton WI, a raffle, games and a book stall will also be available. Free entry and all proceeds will go to St Mary’s Church, Frampton. There are still some spaces available for stall holders; for more details, contact Louise on 07961313268.





Steaming & Milling Day
When: Saturday 7th March 10:00am - 5:00pm
Where: Heckington Windmill

As part of the National Lottery free Days out week, Heckington Windmill will be giving free tours of the windmill if you take your lottry ticket as proof of purchase (this can be a physical ticket or via the National Lottery App).

Enjoy guest engines, Maud steaming, and milling on the hurst frame and Austrian mill. The bakehouse will be...





Sqirrel Scouts Recruitment Taster Session
When: Saturday 7th March 10:30am - 12:00pm
Where: Sibsey Northlands Village Hall

The Boston District Scouts are working on opening new Squirrel Scout sections for girls and boys aged four to six. Squirrel Scouts already exist in Kirton at the 4th Boston Scout Group on Tuesdays from 5-6pm and at the 5th Boston Scout Hall on Castle Street on Saturdays from 10:30am to 11:30am.

MILITARIA FAIR

Beetle Drive
When: Sunday 8th March 2:00pm - 4:00pm
Where: Carrington Village Hall

To mark Carrington Village Hall’s 65th birthday, events from the 1960s are being held. Beetle Drive is a dice game not involving cars or insects. You’ll receive pictures of beetles and the aim is to throw the dice and score points. No teams are involved but you’ll move seats as the game progresses. All ages are welcome.

The cost is £2 including tea, coffee and biscuits.

Race Night
